The data we collect about our supporters is held according to the requirements the UK GDPR.

The data:

• consists of date of membership, name and/or address and/or telephone number - depending on what is supplied to us.

• is kept securely using appropriate technical methods

• is not be shared with any other organisation

• is kept and used solely for the purpose for which it was supplied, namely for maintaining a list of supporters of WGAG and to be able to contact members on matters relevant to WGAG

• is accurate and kept up to date

• is held only for as long as necessary

• an individual has the right to access the data that is held about them and to have it moved when requested.
